SIVAM =/= SIVAM -- apj. arul
SIVAM =/= SIVAM

(SIVAM in Religion is not equal to SIVAM in Suddha Sanmargam)

EVIDENCE; 1. TAMIL LEXICON

2. DOCUMENTS OF VALLALAR

3. WISE SARAVANANANDA.

IN TAMIL LEXICON;

SIVAM MEANS;
1. Goodness, Prosperity (in book of tiru nutrenthathy)

2. Final Deliverance (in book of Pingala nigandu)

3. Highest State of God in which He excists

as pure Intelligence (in book of thiruvasagam)

4. Other meanings like one of Yoga, measure

Another one meaning is in Supplement of the Lexicon as;

5. CIVAM means Saiva Siddhanta (in book
of Sivagnana Botham by Meyikandathevar).

From the above except fifth, Sivam is a common good word to all as stated above.
The fifth meanings given by nobel person who believed Saiva Religion.

At page No.461,
Our His Holiness Vallalar specifically stated us ;

You ( followers of Suddha Sanmargam) should not consider
Saivam, Vaisanava, andVedas, Agamas, Myths, Epics. And said
that one should leave the above to realize the truth of GOD.

At page no.175 of 6th Thiruarutpa book Song No.718; wherein;

I am able to identify the deities of Religion viz., Bramma, Rudthra,

Sahasivan, Parasakthi, and Para Sivam as the minute atoms found

In the nails of the left leg of His “ Truth God”.

So accordingly to HIS HOLINESS VALLALAR THE GODS

IN RELIGIONS INCLUDING PARA SIVAM AND SIVAM

SHOWN BY HIM ARE NOT ONE AND THE SAME.

Further, His Holiness Vallalar declared on 12-04-1871 when Suddha Sanmargam was revealed at page No547 of His prose;

“ OUR GOD NOW COMING IS NOT ONE AND THE SAME AS ESTABLISHED DIETIES, MURTHYS, GODS, DEVAS, YOGEES, GNANEES, SHOWN EARLIER IN RELIGIONS, PRANAS, and SASTRAS. THE ALL THE PRIESTS, ANGELS, RELIGIOUS LEADERS, GOD, YOGIS AND SIDDARS SAID ABOVE ARE LIVING AND AWAITING FOR THE ARRIVAL OF OUR ALMIGHTY GOD.

Then, What did vallalar give meaning for SIVAM?

At page no.469’

I am revealed ;
“Sivam means Compassion also”,
and I am informed ;
“Others are confusion and delusion path/Religion”

At Page no.385 of His Prose;

SIVAM is explained that Si- to shine having all
Va- all are to shine
m- pleasure filled by the above two.
As per statement of Wise SARAVANANANDA;

At page no.xxiii of Prelude for His explanation for Agaval;

“ The concept of SIVA found in this work is refreshingly different

from concepts prevalent during the middle ages. It goes back to

prehistorical time. Infinite Divine Light was called SIVA by the

ancient Tamils. They also called It as Kandazhi. They came to

know of it with their mind’s eye or third eye. The last level of

grace is only revealed now through Saint Ramalinga. Since

Tamil language is based on Siva Tatva, it has become a proper

Medium of expression for divine light. But we must remember

That SIVAM MENTIONED HERE HAS NO RELIGIOUS

CONNOTATION IN IT. Arutsivam means Arutperumjothi.”..,.

THEREFORE,
Beloved Brothers and Sisters kindly understand on base of facts that
SIVAM in Religions and SIVAM in our Margam is not one and same.
SIVAM =/= SIVAM.
