HIGH COURT MADURAI BENCH DIRECTED THE TAMIL NADU GOVT. TO CONSIDER PETITION FOR ISSUING SEPARATE G.O FOR VALLALAR’s INSTITUTIONS ---APJ. ARUL.
One Mr. A.G.Chandramohan has filed a petition praying that the Government of Tamilnadu as well as The Commissioner of HR & CE, Chennai may be directed to issue a separate Guide Lines on the base of His Holiness Vallalar’s Doctrine and His rules and notification issued for administrating and conducting the prayer in the Vadaloor Thiruarutprakasa Vallalar’s Institutions by considering representation.
In the representation of the Petitioner is that In the Sathya Gnana Sabai, the Religion Gods Idols were installed and Religious rituals were also done. The concerned Officers and Trustee were not taking any steps to stop the same which are against the Principle of His Holiness Vallalar. Only our adherent followers moved the Honourable Court and filed petitions in this regard. The Honourable Court have passed Orders to the Commissioner. The Jonint Commissioner of HR & CE and The Commissioner have passed orders for stopping the activities which are against the principle of Vallalar. An appeal preferred against the Order of the Commissioner was also dismissed by the Honourable High Court, Madras. These steps by filing number of cases are taken only by the adherent followers.
Since time to time the Executive Officer was changed by way of Transfer and the Administration of the Diva Nialayam is deffered from one from another. It is unfortunate to state that the Officers thrown away motou and doctrine of His Holiness Vallalar and conducted daily administration contrary to guidelines of His Holiness.
Therefore it is the bounden duty of the Government as well as the Commissioner to issue separate guidelines in Administering the Deiva Nilayam at Vadaloor.
THE HONOURABLE MADURAI BENCH OF MADRAS HIGH COURT has heard the submissions made by the Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. M. Saravanakumar and the Counsel for the STATE Mr. K.M.Vijayakumar and directed the State of Tamil Nadu Rep., by its Secretary to Government, HR & CE, Chennai-09 and The Commissioner of HR & CE, Chennai to consider the Petitioner’s petition and pass appropriate orders purely on the merits of the representation in accordance with law by disposing the petition accordingly.
